Eating without a topee

Q: I bought your book Sunnats where in chapter sunnat of eating it is written it is not makhruh in eating without a cap. I doubt whether it is a printing mistake.
A: This is right, though it is better to wear the topee in a place where people generally wear it when they have meals.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
يكره وضع الملحة القصعة على الخبز ومسح اليد أو السكين به ولا يعلقه بالخوان ولا بأس بالأكل متكئا أو مكشوف الرأس في المختار (رد المحتار 6/340)
